Michael Andrew's
East Coast unit of his band, Swingerhead eventually became known as
Merv Griffin's Coconut Club Orchestra. The band successful appearances
led to them performing every Saturday night for 2 years in Merv's
exclusive supper club at his own Beverly Hilton. |
